ORDER
To order, all you have to do is make your choice in the store.
Your choice made, you will confirm your order and your method of payment and delivery option.
Once the purchase is made, you will receive an email confirmation of your order.
Orders are processed as quickly as possible,
You will receive an e-mail when the parcel is dispatched with a reference or a tracking code (delay of 1 to 5 working days for the processing of the order).
AVAILABLITY
The articles sold on this site are printed in limited quantities and offered within the limits of available stocks.
PAYMENT METHODS
-Payments via " Paypal " are available. This is the easiest payment method we can offer at the moment.
-It is possible to pay by " Bank transfers " for this, select the payment option "Manual payment" then follow the instructions which will be sent to you and described.
- We will send you our bank details in order to make the transfer.
-Please include your order number in the transaction label.
- Once the transfer has been received, you will receive an email confirmation of your payment followed by an email when the package is shipped with a reference or a tracking code.
- Payments on the spot by cash are only accepted if you live in Tahiti .

If delivery is possible and the above information transmitted, an appointment for hand delivery of the works is then agreed. Please note that you will be contacted 1 hour before the appointment to confirm the appointment.

Please note that payments by check are not accepted and that hand delivery in Tahiti incurs a charge of 13 euros or 1500 cfp (Pacific franc).

PRICE
Prices are in Euros all taxes included.
POSTAL DELIVERY
The COVID-19 pandemic causes significant delays in transport around the world, which is why it is difficult to give you delivery times. I apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for your patience and understanding.
For shipments , I only offer priority air mail shipments with acknowledgment of receipt via the Polynesian postal services "La Poste FARE RATA".
Package packaging:
The prints are carefully protected with tissue paper.
then packed in a rigid shipping tube of Diameter 75mm and 53cm long.
The delivery rates are:
- 24 euros for international
- 21 euros for France and Belgium.
- 13 Euros for the islands of French Polynesia.
Orders shipped outside of French Polynesia may be subject to an import tax. We are not responsible for customs clearance and service charges as determined by the postal carrier or customs officers in the destination country, and these charges are not a basis for a refund, as they are not something we can control or predict reliably. By placing an order, the buyer recognizes the possibility of additional import charges and agrees that these charges will be the buyer's responsibility.
