Return and refund
RETURN POLICY
If you wish to exchange or return an item, please send an email to our customer service at francois.pommiez@gmail.fr and indicate your order number. We will reply you ASAP and solve the problem!
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition within 14 days from the date you received the item. Item must be in original condition / packaging. Unfortunately, we can only offer refunds in the form of credit vouchers.
This means if you place an order and are not satisfied with the product you receive, you can return it, but the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost. We will then issue you a credit voucher for the value of the item (s) you are returning. This will give you the option to choose a different format, size or product of your choice.
Please note that we can only accept return of opened items if there are production and manufacturing defects and not for a change of mind.
Damaged, defective or incorrect items

If your package didn't arrive safe and sound, don't worry. Send an e-mail to our customer service at francois.pommiez@gmail.fr and mention your order number. We will reply you ASAP and solve the problem!
Items returned because they are defective, damaged, or incorrect, will either be replaced, subject to availability, or receive a full refund.
Please note that all refunds will be calculated as the original purchase price paid less the sum of the postage and packaging costs, the original shipping costs and the return shipping costs for a new delivery to our warehouse.
If you return an item because of an error on our part or because it is damaged or defective, we will reimburse you for the shipping costs incurred in sending the items to you and pay a reasonable shipping cost to return the item to us. article.
We will verify that all items returned to us are damaged or defective. In the event that we find no fault, we reserve the right to re-invoice you for the item (s) and recover our costs and expenses from you.
All approved refunds will be made through the original payment method only.
CANCELLATION POLICY
If you would like to cancel an order after purchasing it, please contact us directly at francois.pommiez@gmail.fr, and we will do our best to help you. As long as the product has not been shipped, the cancellation of the order can be made immediately.
